Sometimes honoring/prioritizing yourself means you’re the bad guy in someone else’s story, and that’s okay. ❤️
My therapist said I perpetually live in guilt because I’m always afraid that someone out there thinks I’m the bad guy. I’m always worried about being misunderstand and aggrieved even though I can’t control how people see me or interpret my behavior. So the anxiety and paranoia is a complete waste of energy.
