It’s impossible for you to grow if you put yourself in the center of everything.

I preach self-love and self-care on a daily basis. While that’s a very valuable and important journey for all of us, it’s crucial to understand self-love isn’t using a self-centered view to treat the rest of the world.

Learning to understand others’ perspectives and learning how to love and care for others are also a big piece of the puzzle.

Just remember: you’re only the center of you, you are not the center of the universe.
