Projecting confidence isn't hard, but deep acceptance of yourself at your worst is no easy task.

It's a catch 22. If you fully accept yourself, how you seem to the outside world, albeit superior or inferior, wouldn't really matter to you.

I always say, I can’t wait for the day I have the perfect body or the day I no longer care about how I look. I don’t think the former is coming but we gots hopes for the latter to be true some day.

It’s easy to love yourself and believe you deserve to be loved when you are on top of the world. Not so much when you’re down in a ditch, but that’s exactly when loving yourself is necessary and not to be mention REAL.

You deserve to be loved no matter what, when, and where, and it has to start from YOU.
